Why Can I No Longer See Or Access My Setups?
When you purchase a car setup bundle from us, you gain access to that setup bundle and all files for a 12 month period. During this 12 month period, you can download your car setups as many times as you wish, and access any setup updates.
Our car setup update policy states that all purchased setup bundles are accessible for a 12 month period from the purchase date. After this, you will lose access to any setup files.
What happens after my setups have expired?
After the 12 month period has ended, you will lose access to the setup files. The reason for this is because we continue to update car setup files for years. You can no longer access any setup files, as your 12 month update period has ended, and the only files we host are the most up-to-date setups.
How can I re-access my setups?
If you have lost access to your setups within 12 months of your purchase, get in touch with us. We will help you regain access to your car setups.
If it has been 12 months or more since you placed your order, you will need to re-purchase the setup bundle to regain access to the setups. Alternatively, you can subscribe to one of our setup subscriptions to gain access to our entire library of car setups across all games.
Common issues why you cannot see your setups
Sometimes, there are circumstances where you should be able to download your car setups but cannot find them. This often happens when log in details are lost, or if you have checked out as a guest.
- Checked out as a guest?
If you placed your order as a guest and did not create an account, you won’t be able to see any setup files to download. In this case, get in touch with us and share your order number and we can assign your setup files to your account. - Lost log in details?
If you cannot remember your log in details, there are a few options. You can reset your password on the account log in screen. This will send a password reset to your email allowing you to regain access to your account. Alternatively, check your email for the order confirmation email you would have been sent. The order confirmation email will contain information on your account used when buying the setups.
