I Purchased F1 Pro Setups But Cannot Access Them
Purchasing our Pro F1 setup and strategy pack will grant you immediate access to all of our Pro setups. There can sometimes be reasons which cause you to not be able to see or access the Pro setups.
Common reasons for not being able to access our Pro setups
Below are some reasons why you may not be able to see your F1 Pro setups, along with how to fix the issues.
Logged out of your account
One of the first things to check when trying to access your F1 Pro setups is to ensure you are logged into your account. Also check that you have logged into the same account you purchased the setups with.
Accessing Pro setups for an older game
Each F1 game cycle, we release a new batch of Pro setups. Buying a set of F1 Pro setups grants you access to all setups for a single game, for example, our F1 25 Pro setup pack will grant you access to all of our Pro setups for F1 25 only.
As new versions of the F1 game are released, so are new Pro setup packs. You will need to ensure you own the right version of our Pro setups corresponding to the game you are playing.
If you own Pro setups for an older F1 game, you are entitled to an exclusive customer discount for future Pro setups. Please get in touch to unlock your exclusive discount.
Accessing F1 Pro setups via a subscription
Our annual Ultimate Subscription also grants access to all of our F1 Pro setups and strategies. This perk is NOT included in any of our monthly subscriptions.
You gain access to all of our F1 Pro setups for as long as you have an active annual Ultimate Subscription. If you do not renew your subscription, or your subscription comes to an end, you will lose access to any F1 Pro setups.
I am still seeing the locked content screen
We utilise a locked content screen to prevent anyone without access to our Pro F1 setups from gaining access. If you have tried the above, and still see the locked access screen, this could be due to a caching issue.
You should clear your browser cache to see if this allows you to get past the locked screen. This works 99% of the time, as your browser may have cached a version of our website which is restricting you from accessing the Pro setups.
I have lost access and none of the above reasons apply
Occassionaly, certain scenarios can cause you to accidently lose access to your F1 Pro setups when you shouldn’t have. If this is the case, feel free to get in touch, providing your email address and order number, and we will quickly restore your access to our Pro setups.
