How Do I use Sim Racing Setups Telemetry with SimHub

Our Sim Racing Setups F1 telemetry platform can easily be used alongside SimHub. We do not have a SimHub plugin as this is not needed. However, it is easy and quick to set up SimHub to work alongside our F1 telemetry platform.

This allows you to use any number of devices or other software that utilises SimHub, whilst also being able to record your telemetry data.

To configure our telemetry alongside SimHub, follow the steps below.

1. Set your F1 in-game telemetry settings to your SimHub configurations. Normally this is 127.0.0.1 for the IP address, and 20777 for the UDP port.
2. Configure SimHub UDP forwarding. (UDP forwarding can be found in the “Game Configuration” screen.)
3. Enable UDP forwarding. Set the port and IP address to match the settings on your telemetry dashboard. These values can be found on your dashboard when signed into our telemetry platform.
4. This will forward your telemetry data from SimHub to our platform.

Sheba port forwarding configuration

Port forwarding is a feature in SimHub that allows you to send telemetry and data from your game to multiple devices. It works by setting your in-game telemetry to point to SimHub. Then SimHub forwards all telemetry to other IP addresses.

This option is found in the “Game Configuration” screen from inside SimHub.

In the UDP forwarding section, you should enable the option, or add a forwarding target if you are already using port forwarding. Then it is a simple case of inputting the details below as the forwarding target;

• UDP Port: Enter the UDP port in the SRS Telemetry dashboard
• IP Address: 46.62.163.47

With this configured, your F1 game will send all data to SimHub, which then gets used on all of your SimHub devices. This data is then forwarded by SimHub to our telemetry platform. This results in you being able to use any number of SimHub powered devices alongside our F1 telemetry.
