How Do I Know When My Subscription Renews?

When signing up for a monthly or annual subscription, it will automatically renew at the next billing cycle, unless you have manually ended it.

You can check when your subscription will renew at anytime from your dashboard. Follow the steps below to check your subscription status and renewal date.

1. Go to “My account” from the navigation bar.
   • This will take you to your account hub where you can manage your account and download car setups.
2. Select “My subscription” from the top tabs.
   • The my subscriptions area of your account dashboard shows all current and old subscriptions.
   • On this screen you can see the next payment date for any subscription you have.
3. Alternatively, view your active subscription.
   • To view more information or cancel your subscription, click the “view” button next to your active subscription.
   • On this detailed subscription page you can do a few actions. You can see your next renewal date, the upcoming subscription cost, change your subscription plan, manually renew your subscription early, or cancel your subscription.
