Can I Get A Refund?

Due to our setups and strategies being supplied digitally, and access granted automatically once you have purchased them, we cannot offer a refund, in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

This is due to you immediately gaining access and being able to view or download our setups immediately after the order is complete.

Want to try a setup before buying?

We do have free car setups available to try in each product category, which we’d recommend trying before buying a complete setup pack.

Made an order in mistake?

If you have made a purchase by mistake, and have not downloaded any files or viewed any content that is included with your purchase, we will review your refund on a case-by-case basis.

How to request a refund

If you believe there is an issue with your order, or you made an order by mistake and have not downloaded or accessed any setup files, you can request a refund, and we will review your case.

To request a refund, fill out our contact form and a member of our team will get in touch to assist you. But please ensure you haven’t downloaded any files before requesting a refund. If we see that any file in an order has been downloaded, we will be unable to offer a refund.
