No. All of our F1 25 pro car setups are available to view an unlimited number of times. You have full access to all setups and strategies at any time by purchasing our annual Pro Setup Membership.
Our Pro F1 25 setups are included in our annual Pro Membership, but are NOT included in our monthly Pro Membership. This is because our monthly membership can be cancelled after a single month, and all of our F1 25 Pro setups are immediately available to anyone on a Pro membership. Not including the Pro F1 25 setups in our monthly plan restricts users from getting all of our pro setups at a significantly lower cost than their value.
We enforce download restrictions to avoid a customer downloading all of our setup content immediately, (over £600 worth of value if all setups purchased individually), and then cancelling their subscription.
Yes. If you re-download a setup bundle that you have already downloaded, it does count as another download towards the monthly limit. This is because we are constantly updating all of our bundles, meaning new and updated setups are added over time.
You can cancel your subscription renewal at any time from your dashboard. This will stop your subscription from renewing from the next renewal date. This will not grant a refund for the current year’s subscription.
Once your subscription ends, if you do not choose to renew, you will lose access to all car setups. You can renew your subscription from your dashboard to maintain access.
Due to our setups being supplied digitally, and access granted automatically once you have purchased them, we cannot offer a refund, unfortunately. This is due to you being able to access, view or download our setups immediately after the order is complete. We do have free setups available to try in each product category, which we’d recommend trying before buying a complete setup pack.
After subscribing to any of our plans, you can access your setups at any time from your dashboard. In the downloads section of your dashboard, you can download any setup bundles from our catalogue, up until you reach your monthly limit. You can access all of our F1 25 Pro setups from the F1 25 Pro Setups dashboard, found here.
Your order confirmation should be sent out immediately after your purchase is complete. We recommend checking your spam folder in case it has ended up there. If you still have problems finding your order confirmation, you can check your order status from your dashboard, or get in touch with us for support.
