How often does Fanatec discount products?

Do Fanatec Ready2Race bundles save you money?

Fanatec offers a range of bundles that include a racing wheel, steering wheel, and pedal set. These include the Gran Turismo DD bundles, which are officially licensed by Gran Turismo. These are complete bundles, including the GT DD Pro wheel base, a Gran Turismo steering wheel, and a CSL pedal set. The total price offers a discount compared to purchasing each item individually.

The same applies to the Fanatec Ready2Race bundles which also include everything you need to go sim racing at a lower price than buying individual items.

Does Fanatec offer discount codes?

Fanatec never uses discount codes or promo codes. Instead, they opt to discount items during sales in their webshop, where all customers can buy the product at a reduced rate without a specific discount code.

Fanatec did offer a 25% discount code to some customers who had a bad experience during the 2023 Black Friday event. Some customers had their orders cancelled because Fanatec had oversold some items. For customers who had their orders cancelled, Fanatec offered a 25% discount code on their next purchase.

These 25% Fanatec discount codes were customer-specific and could not be shared or used by non-affected customers. This is the only time Fanatec has offered discount codes, with no coupon codes or vouchers available to the public.

How to find a Fanatec discount or voucher code

So, we know that Fanatec does not use discount codes despite having a field on the checkout page to enter one. This voucher code box must only be reserved for special occasions, such as the user case I mentioned above, where customers who had their order cancelled received a 25% discount code.

This post by Reddit user PlrTm summarises the Fanatec voucher code situation perfectly. He asked if “there any active discount codes for fanatec? I’ve heard for moza if you leave something in your cart for a while they’ll send you a 5% code, is there something like that for fanatec too?“

Scrolling through the comments you will find a post from a user called momorious, who is a Fanatec employee. He categorically states “No.” Fanatec does not offer discount codes, even if you leave a product in your basket.
