Simucube has released its second ActivePedal, this time called the Pro. The ActivePedal Pro is a cheaper version of the Ultimate pedal, and features slightly fewer adjustments in comparison. It still delivers the same (or very close) performance and force feedback that made the original ActivePedal so impressive.
The question is, does the ActivePedal Pro do enough to warrant its high price tag, and how much of a difference does the removal of some features make to the overall experience?
We’ve spent a lot of time with both the original ActivePedal Ultimate and the new Pro pedal, and this has allowed us to compare the two pedals, as well as review them both in depth.

The ActivePedal Pro is designed to offer the same level of performance as the original Ultimate while reducing the price, making it slightly more accessible. This price reduction is significant, with the Pro pedal being around $/€500 cheaper than the Ultimate.
