In more recent games, Formula 2 cars have been included much more with the ability to race as real world Formula 2 drivers across a full championship. however, the F1 games have also included the previous years Formula 2 cars.

    For example, F1 22 included all 2022 Formula 1 cars, but only the 2021 Formula 2 cars. This is always rectified with post-launch content where the current year’s F2 car liveries are included.

    It would be nice for F1 23 to see the full 2023 Formula 2 lineup. This would include the following cars and teams;

    • MP Motorsport
    • Rodin Carlin
    • ART Grand Prix
    • Prema Racing
    • Hitech Pulse-Eight
    • DAMS
    • Virtuosi Racing
    • PHM Racing by Charouz
    • Trident
    • Van Amersfoort Racing
    • Campos Racing

    F1 23 Supercar list

    Currently, it is unknown whether supercars will return in F1 23, although it is highly likely that they will. Codemasters and EA made a big deal of supercars and the MyLife game mode in F1 22. So it would make sense to expand upon this feature in F1 23.

    The cars that were included in F1 22, and are likely to return in F1 23 are;

    • Aston Martin Vantage F1 Edition
    • Aston Martin Vantage Safety Car
    • Aston Martin DB11 AMR
    • Ferrari F8 Tributo
    • Ferrari Roma
    • Mercedes-AMG GT Black Series
    • Mercedes-AMG GT Black Series Safety Car
    • Mercedes-AMG GT R
    • McLaren 720s
    • McLaren Artura
