If you’re racing in F1 25 with a Thrustmaster wheel, and want the best force feedback and performance from your wheel, fine-tuning your settings is essential.
Thrustmaster offers one of the most extensive sim racing ecosystems, including the officially licensed SF1000 Formula 1 steering wheel, a replica of the Ferrari wheel used by Charles Leclerc and Sebastian Vettel.
Whether you’re racing on Xbox, PlayStation 5, or PC, this settings guide includes our recommended optimal Thrustmaster settings for all wheels in F1 25.
While F1 25 includes basic presets for Thrustmaster wheels, these default settings aren’t optimised for each individual wheel. By manually updating your wheel settings, you can significantly enhance the force feedback detail and realism.
On PC, the Thrustmaster Control Panel allows for even deeper customisation, helping you get the most authentic Formula 1 racing experience. Combining settings in the Thrustmaster Control Panel, and the F1 25 in-game settings can result in a much more realistic wheel set up.
The Thrustmaster T128 and T248 are two of the most popular racing wheels from the renowned American sim racing brand, Thrustmaster. Known for their affordability and high performance, both wheels are excellent options for sim racers looking for the best budget racing wheels compatible with F1 25.
Below, I’ve outlined the recommended F1 25 wheel settings for the Thrustmaster T128 and T248, including adjustments you can make in-game, via the built-in wheel screen (T248), and through the Thrustmaster Control Panel on PC.
I’ve broken the setup into three categories to help you configure your racing wheel correctly:
Note: Console players on Xbox Series X|S or PlayStation 5 don’t need to worry about the Control Panel settings unless they wish to make changes via a connected PC.
Both the T128 and T248 deliver excellent performance for budget-conscious racers. Below are the best F1 25 settings for these wheels.

The much older TX (Xbox/PC) and T300RS (PS5/PC) racing wheels may not feature as many new force feedback tricks as the newer wheel base lineup. However, they still offer excellent performance in F1 25 given their age. Both of these racing wheels are supported in F1 25.
