Brazil has always been one of the most flowing circuits on the Formula 1 calendar. Each corner almost flows seamlessly to the next, with the corners featuring rather long radiuses, rather than the 90 degree point and squirt corners that many newer tracks feature.
This makes for a race that is both relentless, yet super enjoyable. You need excellent rear stability around Interlagos, as the rear can easily get away from you mid corner at so many places around a lap.

While rear stability and aero is important, I have set the wings to 26 and 25. This gives the front of the car slightly more priority, and will help ensure you don’t understeer through the longer corners.
The on throttle differential is set pretty high at 70%. You’ll often be accelerating gradually as you round the apex at most corners, meaning rear traction is rarely an issue. This allows us to push the on throttle differential higher for better drive out of the corners. The off throttle differential is then set to 25%.
With the geometry, I have it all set to the left once again.
For the suspension setup, I have the front set to 41, and the rear at 4. I then have the anti-roll bars at 14 and 18 for really good stability and focus on car balance. Finally, set the ride height to 21 and 50. This can give a slightly more stable car at slow and medium speeds.
With the corners being so flowing, and there really being just one big stopping zone, we can lower the brake bias down to 52%. This will free up the car to rotate nicely, but if you do notice any rear locking, bump it up to 53 or 54% as needed. Then, 100% brake pressure is always the way to go.
Finally, due to the relentless corners that just come at you one right after the other, set your tyre pressures to maximum to mitigate temperature build up.

And that will complete our Brazilian car setup for F1 25. We’re nearing the end of the calendar now, which is always pretty fun despite the horrific Las Vegas circuit. Interlagos is a real highlight in the closing stages, and this setup will provide a car that is well balanced and easy to drive throughout a full race distance.
Let me know your thoughts on this setup and how you find it during a race. Remember, this isn’t a time trial setup, and is designed specifically for races, and has been created using a racing wheel.
