How many cars will be in Assetto Corsa Evo?

The final number of cars available in Assetto Corsa Evo hasn’t been confirmed yet, however, we are expecting a final number on launch day of around 100. Around 40 cars have been confirmed so far, which you can see in our complete AC Evo car list above.

The cars span a huge number of car brands and manufacturers and include a wide variety of different car types. There are GT3 and GT2 cars present, along with road cars and special performance concept cars.

The previous Assetto Corsa game had a total of 11 DLC packs which all featured additional cars and content, including new cars from big brands such as Ferrari and Porsche. I would highly expect AC Evo to follow this trend and release more content over time as DLC packs. This will lead to the final number of cars in the game to grow as the months and years pass.

When does Assetto Corsa Evo release?

The release date for Assetto Corsa Evo is January 16th 2025. This is the date when the game first becomes available in early access. The full game release is expected around Summer 2025, and will feature much more content than is available at the launch of the early access in January.

Will AC Evo support mods?

In an interview during 2024, the executive manager of Kunos, Marco Massarutto, did touch on the idea of mods in the new AC Evo game, saying, “We may create a light editor like we did for the original Assetto Corsa so that people can contribute to content creation. Modding is definitely one of the open topics on the table, but no decision has been made yet.

This strongly leads to the possibility of mod support being incliuded or added to Assetto Corsa Evo. Read our complete guide on modding in Assetto Corsa Evo, for more information and a deeper dive into the possibility of mods.
